30 days return policy
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and i the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a note detailing the reason for your return placed within your return package.
You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.
If your return is received outside of the 30 days then only a store credit will be issued.

Please include the email used to make the purchase and or the order number.
We will then email you a prepaid return label that is to be used to send the product back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then we will send you an email with your store credit, refund or USPS tracking number of your product replacement .
Exchanges
If you would like a different or same color, we will provide you a return shipping label to send the product back and we will send you an and exchange for the same color unless specified otherwise.
To begin the exchange process , we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email detailing the reason for the exchange placed within your return package.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know as soon as order is placed by sending as an email to

please write "ORDER CANCELLATION" on the email's subject.
We will do our best to cancel any orders.
Please note that orders are printed and fulfilled next business day, but we will do our very best to assist.
Address corrections
To request an address change or correction you must let us know as soon as order is placed.
Please write "ADDRESS CORRECTION" on the email's subject.
We will do our best to correct before the shipping label is created.
But once printed we can no longer correct.
Late or missing refunds
if applicable, and if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please look for a credit to your account from

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Lost, stolen or disposed by courier packages
Our store is not responsible for packages that get lost, stolen or disposed of by courier during transit.
